The Analytics tab shows you what happens with the messages you send out to subscribers. The only communication that it includes is a Template-based email displayed in analytics.

Important Note:

At this time, the analytics in CivicSend do not provide individual information, such as who opened the email.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select CivicSendNavigate to CivicSend from the Modules menu.

  3. Select the Analytics tab The Analytics tab on the left-hand menu.

  4. View the Messages tab The Messages analytics tab for CivicSend.

    • Subject: Subject of the message sent

    • List(s): List of subscribers the message was sent to

    • Date Sent: Date the message was sent

    • Delivered: Shows if the message was successfully delivered

    • Opened: Shows if the message was opened

      Note: Message analytics for open and bounced will update 30 minutes after the message is sent.

    • Not Opened: Shows if the message was not opened

      Note: This value is calculated by subtracting the Opened amount from the Delivered amount.

    • Bounced: Shows if the message bounced

      Note: Message analytics for open and bounced will update 30 minutes after the message is sent.
