CivicSend Subscriber Lists

The Subscriber Lists in CivicSend can tell you which users belong to a certain subscriber list.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules, then Content, and then CivicSend:CivicPlus Municipal Websites Central interface showing navigation from modules to content to CivicSend.

  4. Select Subscriber Lists:The CivicSend module on the Analytics tab with the Subscriber Lists tab highlighted.

  5. The available subscriber lists will display:The Subscriber Lists tab with all available subscriber lists and options displayed.

    • Current Subscribers: Total number of users who are currently subscribed to the list; includes both SMS and email subscriptions, which are counted individually

    • Total Subscriptions: Number of users who have subscribed and unsubscribed, at any time through the history of the list, including both email and SMS

    • Total Unsubscribes: Any user that was subscribed to the list and then unsubscribed (doesn’t matter if they resubscribed again)

    • Unique Subscriptions: Number of users who have subscribed and unsubscribed, at any time through the history of the list, including both email and SMS but are counted as one subscriber: email and SMS are not counted separately

    • Unique Unsubscribes: Same as unique subscribes, except for unsubscribes

Note:

If you do not see the desired Subscriber List, adjust the Time Filters (This Week, This Month, custom Date Range, or All).The Time Filters of the Analytics tab are highlighted, showing options for This Week, This Month, Date Range, and All.
