Close a Request

This article will show you how to close a Request.

Important Note:

All sales before July 1, 2020 will have this version of CRT™. If your contract started after this date, please view the information for the new CRT package.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators | Owners

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Request TrackerModules menu, content tab, with RequestTracker selected.

  2. Find the category that has the Request you need to close  Select category.

  3. Click Actions next to the Request and select CloseActions menu, close.

  4. Reply OK to the pop-up that says Closing a request means no further comments may be addedConfirmation pop-up, okay button.
