Occasionally it may be necessary to change the Request Type of a Request in the Request Tracker. This is possible to do with published and archived Requests.
Important Note:
All sales before July 1, 2020 will have this version of CRT™. If your contract started after this date, please view the information for the new CRT package.
Instructions
Navigate to Modules > Content > Request Tracker
Select the Category with the Request you want to edit
Click Actions next to the desired Request
Click View Details
Click Category and select the appropriate Category
Type the Reason for moving the request
Click Change Category and respond OK to the pop-up prompt
