Change a Request Category

Occasionally it may be necessary to change the Request Type of a Request in the Request Tracker. This is possible to do with published and archived Requests.  

Important Note:

All sales before July 1, 2020 will have this version of CRT™. If your contract started after this date, please view the information for the new CRT package.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Request TrackerModules menu, content tab, with RequestTracker selected.

  2. Select the Category with the Request you want to edit A list of RequestTracker categories.

  3. Click Actions next to the desired Request The request's actions button.

  4. Click View DetailsThe view details option on the Actions menu.

  5. Click Category and select the appropriate Category The select category option.

  6. Type the Reason for moving the requestReason for the category change text field.

  7. Click Change Category and respond OK to the pop-up prompt The Change Category button.
