Municipal Websites Central supports Closed Captioning for the CivicMedia module. As of April 2023, captions are added automatically to video-on-demand videos. For existing CivicMedia customers, the past two years of videos also have captions.
Closed Captioning is available to CivicMedia customers by default without additional configuration.
