Configure Video Encoding Resolution

This article will show you how to configure your Video Encoding to determine the Resolution at which your CivicMedia videos will be encoded.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to Modules > Content > CivicMedia

3. Select the Properties tab

4. Change the Video Encoding number

   Value	Description
   0	No encoding. Only FLV and MP4 files can be uploaded.
   1	Encode at 480p.
   2	Encode at 720p. Must be used for high-definition playback.
   3	Encode at 1080p. Highest quality playback.

5. Click Save Changes
