Sign in to your site
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select News Flash
Select which category the News Flash item you would like to copy is in
Select Choose an Action and then Copy next to the item
An identical copy of the News Flash item will be displayed; modify fields as desired
- New Category: Select another News Flash category from the dropdown list to place the item in or leave the item in the same category and modify the content. Modifications may be made to any of the data fields before choosing a Save option.
Choose a saving option
- Save: Will save the changes to be reviewed and published later
- Save and Publish: Will save and publish the changes
  - A notification window will open; your options to send the notification include:
    - Subject: Will auto-fill the subject of the item
    - Comments: Attach a brief description of the alert
    - Mobile Text/Push Message: Attach a message to the {{glossary.SMS}} notification
    - Include link to item: Provides a link to the item within the {{glossary.SMS}} message for a user to select via their mobile device.
    - Send
      - On Start Date: Sends the notification on the start date previously set
      - Immediately: Sends the notification immediately
    - Select Send, Don’t Send, or Cancel: The notification will then send accordingly to those who have signed up in Notify Me for the selected News Flash category
