Copy a Link to an Archived Page

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Important Note:

You cannot copy a link to a hidden item. You must make the archive visible before the public can use it.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Select the s dropdown, then the Content tab, and finally select PagesThe Modules menu at the top of the page, then the Content tab on the left-hand side of the page, then the Pages option in the alphabetical list.

  3. Select the Main tab The tab labeled Main at the top of the page, beneath the Pages header.

  4. Click the Go to Archives buttonThe button labeled Go To Archives in the top right corner beneath the gear icon.

  5. Click the Actions button next to your desired Page The actions button with a cog wheel icon at the end of the row.

  6. Select the Copy Link buttonThe button labeled Copy Link, beneath the Restore and Make Hidden buttons in the expanded action menu.

  7. Click the copy button for the desired link, then paste it wherever you need The button labeled Copy next to the text entry field.

    • Top Link: Used when copying into your site's page or content

    • Bottom Link: Used when copying into a document or another website
