Currently, there is no way to copy a reservation form from one facility to another, but there are a couple of options that will make this easier in the future.
Create a Field Set of the custom fields needed for the form.
This will be beneficial if the facilities have already been created.
This will be the starting point for all new facilities that are created. Old facility reservation forms will not be updated to this new form.
