Create Canned Responses

This article will show you how to create Canned Responses for a Request Tracker category.

Important Note:

All sales before July 1, 2020 will have this version of CRT™. If your contract started after this date, please view the information for the new CRT package.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators | Owners

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTrackerModules menu, content tab, with RequestTracker selected.

  2. Click on the category in which you wish to add Canned Responses A list of RequestTracker categories.

  3. Click ActionsThe Request's actions button.

  4. Select PropertiesThe Actions menu properties option.

  5. Select the Canned Responses tab The Canned Responses tab.

  6. Fill out the Title and Body of your Canned Response The Canned Response title and body text fields.

  7. Click Save next to your Canned Response The Canned Response's save button.

  8. Click Save at the top of the page Save button on the request category.
