Delete a Request in RequestTracker

This article will show you how to delete a Request.

Important Note:

  • Deleting a request is Permanent.

  • By default, this option is turned off. To turn this option on, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Support

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators | Owners | Publishers

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTrackerModules menu, content tab, with RequestTracker selected.

  3. Select the Category that contains your Request you want to delete Select a category.

  4. Click Actions next to the Request you want to delete Request actions button.

  5. Select DeleteActions menu, delete.

  6. Reply OK to the pop-up that says Click [OK] to continue with deleting this request Deletion confirmation pop-up, okay button.
