Create or Remove Canned Responses (New CRT)

This article will show you how to add or remove Canned Responses in RequestTracker.

Important Note:

All sales after July 1, 2020 will have this new version of the CRT™. If your contract started before this date, please view the information for the original CRT package.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators | Owners

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTrackerModules menu, content tab, with RequestTracker selected.

  2. Click on the category Select a category.

  3. Click Actions and select Propertiesactions menu, properties.

  4. Select the Canned Responses tab Canned responses tab.

  5. Fill out the Title and Body of your Canned Response Title and body text boxes.

  6. Click Save next to your Canned Response  canned response, save button.

  7. To remove a Canned Response, click RemoveCanned response, remove button.

  8. Click Save at the top of the page Save button.
