This article will show you how to add or remove Canned Responses in RequestTracker.
Important Note:
All sales after July 1, 2020 will have this new version of the CRT™. If your contract started before this date, please view the information for the original CRT package.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrators | Owners
Instructions
Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker
Click on the category
Click Actions and select Properties
Select the Canned Responses tab
Fill out the Title and Body of your Canned Response
Click Save next to your Canned Response
To remove a Canned Response, click Remove
Click Save at the top of the page
