Delete All the Documents in a Folder

This article will show you how to bulk delete documents in a folder. You may bulk delete all the documents in a folder at one time or delete the folder itself.

Important Note:

Documents must be unpublished, submitted, or declined to be deleted.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules, then select Content, then select Document CenterNavigate to the Document Center.

  2. Select the folder that contains the documents you want to delete Select a folder from the list.

  3. Click Select All Rows to select all documents Select all rows button.

  4. Select Bulk Actions above the documents list Bulk actions button.

  5. Select UnpublishBulk action unpublish button.

  6. Click Select All Rows Select all rows button.

    Note:

    The document's Status should be Draft now.

    Document status column.

  7. Select Bulk Actions, then select DeleteBulk action delete button.

  8. Select OK on the pop-up to confirm the deletion Confirm deletion by selecting OK button.
