Legacy CivicMedia customers can download the legacy version of the application for their operating system.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your CivicPlus Video site

    Note:

    For Web Central customers, navigate to the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select CivicPlus Video. You will be automatically signed in with your credentials.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Dashboard
    Dashboard option in the profile drop-down menu.

  3. Select the Download Legacy tab in the left navigation menu
    Download Legacy option in the left navigation menu.

  4. Download the appropriate version for your operating system
    Download options for legacy application versions for Windows and macOS operating systems.

  5. Close any previous versions of the application before installing

  6. Follow the on-screen installation instructions

  7. Restart your computer after installation for optimal performance
