The Site Search Export function will export all searches on the site during a specified time frame into a .CSV format file, whereas the search terms that are shown on the Site Search module will just display top search terms, not all search terms, during that specified time frame.

Instructions
Navigate to Modules and on the Site Tools tab, select Search:
Refine Your Search on the right-hand side:
Click Search:
View Top Search Terms. To export all search terms, select Export and then Export to File:
Open and view your exported .CSV file
