Export Statistics from Request Tracker

This article will show you how to export statistics from Request Tracker.  

Important Note:

All sales before July 1, 2020 will have this version of CRT™. If your contract started after this date, please view the information for the new CRT package.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker

3. Select the Statistics tab

4. Select a Start and End Date to view requests

5. Click Export

6. The file will automatically download. Click to open the file

   Note: This step will change, depending on your browser.

7. Open the file to view the report
