This article explains the Failed Packet Generation error and how to troubleshoot it.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner | Publisher
When you publish an agenda in the Agenda Center module, the system may show an error if it cannot generate the packet. The error message will identify the file causing the issue.
This can occur if a file is corrupted, but it is usually caused by a special character in the file name. The PDF and HTML versions of the agenda will still be available. However, the packet will not generate or publish until all documents are valid and recognized.
To fix this error, you will need to remove the document with special characters, rename it, and attach it back to the agenda.
We recommend that all file names across the site, including folders, documents, and images, do not use spaces and only use the dash (-) character. Other special characters may cause issues.
