Find Submitted and In-Progress Forms

Within Form Center on the front end of your site, you can find all submitted and in-progress forms within My Forms.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrators | Owner

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Navigate to Form Center on the front-end

3. Click on My Forms

4. View Submitted Forms and Saved Progress Forms
