If your page load time issue is network-related, you can perform Network Testing. This article will show you how to perform a bandwidth test.

Instructions
Navigate to the Speedtest website
Click the Go button to run the bandwidth test for a server close to your location
Note: Click the Change Server button to find a server close to your location. By default, the server automatically chosen should be the one closest to you.
Record the test results
Click the Change Server button
Type Kansas City in the search box
Select a Kansas City server result from the results list
Click the Go button
Record the results
