If your page load time issue is network-related, you can perform Network Testing. This article will show you how to perform a bandwidth test.

You may want to contact local IT staff for access or assistance.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Speedtest website

  2. Click the Go button to run the bandwidth test for a server close to your location:The Speedtest website main page with the Go button highlighted.

    Note: Click the Change Server button to find a server close to your location. By default, the server automatically chosen should be the one closest to you:The Speedtest website main page with the Change Server link highlighted.
