Make an Archived Page Hidden

This article will show you how to make a page Hidden in the archive. This means that the page will no longer be visible on the public site. A Visible page is still accessible on your live site.

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Select the s dropdown, then the Content tab, and finally Pages

    Navigation menu highlighting content, modules, and pages options in Web Central interface.

  3. Click the Go to Archives buttonThe button labeled Go to Archives in the top right.

  4. Click the Actions button next to a Publicly Visible Page The button labeled Actions with a cog wheel icon to the right of page title.

  5. Select the Make Hidden buttonThe button labeled Make Hidden in the Action menu.

  6. View your page under Publicly Hidden The table labeled Publicly Hidden below the Pubicly Visible table.
