Move an Agenda to a Different Category

This article will show you how to move an existing Agenda into a different category.

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Agenda Center:

  2. Select the category with the desired agenda in it:

  3. Select the Agendas tab:

  4. Click Actions next to the desired Agenda:City Council agenda showing upcoming meetings and action options for each item. The Actions button is highlighted.

  5. Select Move To Category:

  6. On the confirmation window, click the OK button:

    Important Note:

    By clicking OK to confirm, you acknowledge that the agendas will be converted to simple agendas when moved and that any unpublished associated minutes will be lost.

  7. Select the category you want to move the Agenda to:

    Options to move agenda items, including City Council and other categories listed.

    Note:

    The current category appears in bold.

  8. Click the Move Agenda button:

  9. View the agenda in the desired category:
