In the Options tab, you can customize the public side of the Agenda Center. You can also create rules for how agendas are created and customized. You can find the Options tab by selecting the Properties tab in the Agenda Center. This article describes the different sections of the Options tab.

The settings page for Agenda Center has options for modifying agendas and notifications.

  • Admin Name: Will rename Agenda Center on the back end of your site

  • Public Name: Will rename Agenda Center on the public-facing side of your site

  • Header: Text appearing in the Header section on the public view of the agenda center

  • Footer: Text appearing in the Footer section on the public view of the agenda center

  • Social Media Open Graph Image: Select an image used when Agenda Center links are shared on social media

    • URL Sharing Debugger Tool Link: Use the URL Sharing Debugger to refresh the cached image. It also lets you preview how the Agenda Center link will appear after the Open Graph image is updated

  • Modify Agendas: Enable modifications to published agendas

    Note:

    If local rules and regulations prohibit any modification of published agendas, do not select this item.

  • Unpublish Agendas: Enables the ability to make an agenda inactive

  • Allows Owners to Override Workflow Process: Allows you to create workflows and approval processes. Owners and System Administrators can override the workflow when needed

  • Allows Users to Move Items Into Folders: Enables folder access to users below the owner level

  • Allow Copy to Archive Center: Copies agendas and minutes to Archive Center

  • Sends Notifications: Notifies System Administrators and users with Owner permissions for the Agenda Center when a new agenda category is created

    Note:

    It will send System Administrators, an Agenda Center Owner, and an Agenda Center Category Owner a notification when a new agenda is created

  • Enable RSS Management Options: Enables category-level options to manage what goes into the RSS feed

  • Always Show Media Column: Allows the Media column to show, even if no agendas contain media

  • Collapse Categories: Categories are collapsed by default

  • Show Posted Date: Controls whether posted dates for agendas are shown in Agenda Center

  • Agenda Posting Time Limit: Enforce a minimum amount of time an agenda must be posted before a meeting
