My Dashboard Overview

The My Dashboard module allows your website visitors to personalize your website to stay updated on news and events, manage subscriptions, save forms to be completed at a later time, track their requests, and other information they care about through drag-and-drop functionality, as well as the use of widgets.

Note:

If the Allow Dashboard setting is unchecked, the master dashboard cannot be modified.

My Dashboard Modules

My Dashboard allows a user to personalize their experience interacting with a Web Central website with a customizable layout and several choices of modules to display.

  • Alert Center: Allows the user to see current and past emergency alerts

  • Calendar: Allows visitors to stay updated on news and events

  • Community Connection: Allows visitors to join groups and interact with others on various topics

  • Community Voice: Allows residents to submit, comment, and vote on ideas

  • ePayment Center: Allows users to view information on payment transactions made on your site

  • FAQs: Allows users to keep track of any frequently asked questions (FAQs) they've asked and their answers

  • Form Center: Allows users to view their previously submitted forms, or to save their forms to be completed at a later time

  • News Flash: Allows the user to see current news items

  • Notify Me: Allows visitors to manage their subscriptions

  • Request Tracker: Allows residents to view and track submitted requests
