This article will show you how to order items in an FAQ category.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner
Instructions
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select FAQs
Select the category that contains the FAQs you wish to reorder
With your mouse, drag and drop FAQs into the desired order
You can also move items with the up and down arrows to the left-hand side of the questions
Note:
You will only see the arrows if you have two or more questions in your category.
