This article will show you how to configure View Options in the Jobs modules. These options will affect how you see the jobs list in the back end, but will not make a difference for front-end site users.

Instructions

Sign in to your site
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Jobs
Select the category that you want to view
Expand View Options at the top of the page
Select desired options
- Sort Jobs By
  - Title: Arrange in alphabetical order
  - Expires On: Arrange by the expiration date
  - Status: Arrange by status (such as Open, Closed, or Filled)
  - Views: Arrange by number of views
- Display Jobs
  - Published: Only view published/live jobs
  - Draft: Only view draft/unpublished jobs
  - Expired: Only view jobs that are expired (do not show on the front end anymore)
  - Pending: Only view jobs that are waiting to be accepted or declined
  - Declined: Only view declined jobs
  - Submitted: Only view submitted (by authors) jobs
- Display Categories
  - Published: Only view published/live categories
  - Draft: Only view unpublished/draft categories
  - Pending: Only view categories that are waiting to be accepted or declined
  - Expired: Only view categories that are expired
  - Submitted: Only view submitted (by authors) categories
  - Declined: Only view declined categories
Click Apply
