This article will show you how to save optimized images from Public Images (formerly Public Assets) to your computer. When images are uploaded to Public Images, files are compressed using an image compression algorithm to attempt to reduce their file size. This algorithm can reduce image size by about 90%.

Instructions
Navigate to the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select the Document Center option
Click the Public Images button
Click on the folder with your desired image
Click the Actions button (three vertical dots icon) next to the image you want to move and select the Copy Link option
Click the Copy button to the right of the full link (bottom link)
Paste the full link into your web browser and press the Enter key on your keyboard
Right-click the image, select the Save Image option in the context menu that appears, then follow your browser's instructions
The image will be saved to your computer
