This article will show you how to schedule when a page version displays. This allows you to rotate content on a page, from version to version, or to unpublish a page on a specific date.

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher
Instructions
Log in to your site and navigate to the page you want to edit.
Ensure that Live Edit Is On:

Navigate to the Versions tab:

Click the Actions button for the current version:

Select Options:

Scroll to Display: Stopping Date and enter a date to stop displaying the current version:

Note:
The stop time will be 11:59 p.m. on the selected date.
Click Save Changes:

Note:
If your version is in Draft mode, select Save and Publish
Click the Actions button next to the version you would like to display at a later date:

Select Options:

Scroll to Display: Starting Date and enter a date to display this version:

Note:
The start time will be 12:00 a.m. on the selected date.
Click Save Changes:

Click Save and Publish:

The version that is set to publish on a future date will show as Pending:
