Schedule Publish & Unpublish Page Versions

This article will show you how to schedule when a page version displays. This allows you to rotate content on a page, from version to version, or to unpublish a page on a specific date.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher  

Instructions

1. Log in to your site and navigate to the page you want to edit.

2. Ensure that Live Edit Is On:

3. Navigate to the Versions tab:

   

4. Click the Actions button for the current version:

5. Select Options:

6. Scroll to Display: Stopping Date and enter a date to stop displaying the current version:

   Note:

   The stop time will be 11:59 p.m. on the selected date.

7. Click Save Changes:

   Note:

   If your version is in Draft mode, select Save and Publish

8. Click the Actions button next to the version you would like to display at a later date:

9. Select Options:

10. Scroll to Display: Starting Date and enter a date to display this version:

    Note:

    The start time will be 12:00 a.m. on the selected date.

11. Click Save Changes:

12. Click Save and Publish:

13. The version that is set to publish on a future date will show as Pending:
