Restore an Archived Version to a New Page

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site.

  2. Select Modules, and on the Content tab, click Pages:

  3. Click the Go To Archives button:

  4. Configure desired filters:

    • Keyword: Enter a keyword to search archived pages

    • Archived: Select a predefined time period or specify a date range to filter archived pages

      • In the Past: Select from the dropdown menu to filter pages archived within a recent time period

      • From: Select the start date for a custom archive date range

      • To: Select the end date for a custom archive date range

    • Display: Check the box to select only the latest revision to display only the most recent archived version of each page

    • Reason: Check one or more boxes to select archive reasons to filter the results

      • Published: Display pages archived because they were published

      • Expired: Display pages archived because they expired

      • Manual: Display pages archived manually

      • Modified: Display pages archived after being modified

      • Unpublished: Display pages archived because they were unpublished

  5. Click the Apply button:

  6. Click the Actions button next to the page version you want to move:

  7. Select Restore:

  8. Click the Restore to a Different Page button:

  9. Enter the Page Title or Page ID into the Choose a Page field:

  10. Click the Restore Version button:

  11. View the page.
