Set Default View Preferences in Activities

This article will show you how to change the default view options for the Activities module.

Important Note:

Any changes made in View Options will not affect these default settings.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Activities:The expanded Modules menu, with the Activities module selected.

  3. Select the settings gear icon:The Settings' gear icon highlighted in the Activities module.

  4. Set the Default View Options:The list of default options for how to view sessions in the Activities module.

    • Sort Sessions By:

      • ID: Sort by session ID

      • Name: Sort sessions by name

      • Start Date: Sort sessions by start date

    • Display Sessions:

      • Published: Display published sessions

      • Draft: Display draft sessions

      • Submitted: Display sessions submitted for approval

      • Declined: Display sessions that were declined

    • Display Activities:

      • Mine Only: Display activities created by you

      • Published: Display published activities

      • Draft: Display draft activities

      • Expired: Display expired activities

      • Pending: Display pending activities

      • Submitted: Display activities submitted for approval

      • Declined: Display activities that were declined

    • Display Categories:

      • Published: Display published categories

      • Draft: Display draft categories

      • Submitted: Display categories submitted for approval

      • Declined: Display categories that were declined

    • Results Per Page: Choose to view 25, 50, 100, or 200 photos per page

  5. Click Save:The 'Save' button highlighted on the Default View Options page.
