Sign in to your CivicPlus Video site
Note:
For Web Central customers, navigate to the Modules menu and on the Content tab, select CivicPlus Video. You will be automatically signed in with your credentials.

Click Go Live in the top right corner of your landing page

Choose the Channel you wish to go live on

Select your Microphone and Camera

Select your Language

Click Open Stage

Click the information (i) icon in the bottom right corner and copy the Room Link to share with co-hosts

Manage room settings as needed by clicking the Settings (gear) icon

Camera
Mirror Camera: Mirror your local camera view horizontally
Fill Camera: Fill the entire tile with your camera (crop) or show the original aspect ratio
Translation
Text Transcription: Fill the entire tile with your camera (crop) or show the original aspect ratio
Text Translation: Enable real-time text translation for all participants
AI Voice Translation: Enable real-time AI voice translation for all participants
Auto-Recording: Enable automatic recording of your live streams
Room Layout: Choose how participants are displayed in the room (grid or presentation style)
Set the Speakers

Adjust the microphone and camera settings, or turn on/off your microphone and camera

Click Share Screen to share your screen with participants

Choose the applicable Tab, Window, or Screen and click Share

Note:
For tabs and entire screens, you can choose to share your tab or system audio as well.
Click Open Participants to view the list of users on the live stream

Click Open Chat to view messages and chat with participants

To share media, select the Open Media button and search your library for videos or channels to send to the live event

Select the play icon on a video to play it on your live stream

Select the stop icon to finish playing the video

Click the Leave Stage button to exit the live stream

Click Close Stage to end the live stream for everyone
