This article will show you how to unpublish a category item in Forms.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrators | Owner | Publisher
Important Notes
You must unpublish an item before you delete it.
You must unpublish and delete all items in a category before you can delete a category.
Instructions
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Forms
Select the category containing items to unpublish
Navigate to the item you wish to unpublish, then click the Choose an Action menu and select Unpublish
To unpublish multiple items at one time, click the checkboxes and select Unpublish Marked at the bottom.
