This article will show you how to use befunky.com for free online photo editing.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the BeFunky website

  2. Hover over the Create button, and click the Photo Editor tile The Create tab with the Photo Editor option highlighted.

  3. Click the Open dropdown The Open dropdown.

  4. Select the Computer option The Computer option within the Open dropdown menu.

  5. Find and open an image from your computer A PC Open dialog box with an example image and the Open button highlighted.

  6. Once the image is uploaded, click the Resize button The Resize button within the left-hand navigation menu.

    Note: You will want to begin editing by resizing your photo to the desired dimensions.

  7. Adjust the Width in pixels, if desired The Width field.

    Notes:

    • Leave the Lock Aspect Ratio option checked to ensure that your pic will not be distorted. A checked Lock Aspect Ratio checkbox.

    • Do not adjust the Height at this step.

  8. Click the Apply button A blue, rectangular Apply button.

  9. Click the Crop button The Crop button.

  10. Drag the borders of the crop box to your desired dimensions An example image crop area.

  11. Click the Apply button when you are ready to apply the crop A blue, rectangular Apply button.

  12. Scroll down to the Brightness section, and click the Auto Enhance button to automatically adjust clarity, color, and exposure The brightness section within the left-hand navigation menu and the Auto Enhance button.

    Note: Auto Enhance is a premium feature. You may have to upgrade to BeFunky Plus to use Auto Enhance.

  13. Use the slider or percentage box to select the percent to adjust, and click the Apply button (not depicted) to apply the changes The Auto Enhance slider and percentage box.
