View Options in Community Voice

This article will show you how to configure View Options in the Community Voice Module. These options will affect how you see the Initiatives and Ideas in the back end. However, it will make no difference for front-end site users.

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Community VoiceModules menu, Community Voice.

  3. Select an InitiativeInitiative.

  4. Expand the View Options at the top of the page View options.

  5. Select your desired options Select options.

    • Sort Ideas By

      • Title: Arrange in alphabetical order

      • Date: Arrange Ideas by their date

    • Display Ideas

      • Mine: Display your Ideas

      • Flagged: Display flagged Ideas

      • Implemented: Display implemented Ideas

      • In Process: Display in-process Ideas

      • Everything Else: Display all other Ideas

    • Display Initiatives

      • Published: Only view published/live initiatives

      • Draft: Only view unpublished/draft initiatives

      • Submitted: Only view submitted initiatives

      • Declined: Only view declined initiatives

      • Added: Only view initiatives within a specific date range

        Note: The date range should be specified as MM/DD/YYYY

  6. Click ApplyApply button.
