This article will show you how to configure View Options in the Photo Gallery modules. These options will affect how you see the photo gallery in the back end but will make no difference for front-end/site users.

Instructions
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Photo Gallery
Use the right-hand side menu to select the album that you want to view
Expand View Options at the top of the page
Select view options
Sort Photos By
Manual Order: Arrange via manual/custom order
Status: Arrange by status (Published, Draft, Expired, etc)
Display Photos
Published: Only view published/live photos
Draft: Only view draft/unpublished photos
Expired: Only view photos that are expired (do not show on the front end anymore)
Pending: Only view photos that are waiting to be accepted or declined
Declined: Only view declined photos
Submitted: Only view submitted (by authors) photos
Display Albums
Published: Only view published/live albums
Draft: Only view unpublished/draft albums
Submitted: Only view submitted (by authors) albums
Declined: Only view declined albums
Results per Page: Choose to view 5, 25, 100, or 200 photos per page
Click Apply
View photos
