View Which Pages Embedded Forms are Submitted From

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules > Content > Form CenterNavigate to the Form Center.

  3. Select the Form Center CategorySelect the Form Center Category.

  4. Click the Action MenuSelect the Actions menu.

  5. Select View SubmissionsSelect the View Submissions option.

  6. Click the + icon Click the plus icon.

  7. Check the Referrer box to display the URL of the page the submission came from Check the Referrer box.

  8. Click SaveClick Save option.

  9. View results
