Web Central and NextRequest Integration

The Web Central and NextRequest Search integration is a light integration between our Municipal Websites Central and NextRequest solutions. With this integration enabled, users can quickly and easily search for previously requested public records within your NextRequest portal.

The button labeled Records Requests below the Search field.

Important Note:

  • To use this integration, your organization must have a Web Central website instance and our NextRequest solution.

  • Please contact our Support team to set up this integration. Support will link your Web Central website and NextRequest portal.

Instructions

  1. Type the desired search term(s) into the Search field and press Enter The Search text entry field on the site homepage

  2. Click the Records Requests tab The button labeled Records Requests below the search bar

  3. View your NextRequest portal, where previously submitted records requests can be viewed An example image of the NextRequest requests page with a search field, request discription, and status

    Your NextRequest portal may appear differently from the one depicted based on your agency's configurations
