An Aliases permission exists to give the appropriate users access to modify URL Aliases for pages. Site Admins automatically have access.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator
Instructions
Navigate to Site Tools and then select Site Permissions
Ensure you are on the Groups tab
Select the Group you want to give access to URL Aliases
Select the Site Tools tab, and toggle on the Aliases option
The users in the group will now be able to manage page URL aliases
