Menu Text is the link text that displays in the site's menus. It also generates the page URL and should be as short as possible.
This article will show you how to change the Menu Text for a page.

Navigate to the desired page
Select the Page tab:
In the Properties section, locate the Menu Text field and change the text as desired:

If the Menu Text is grayed out, you may need to first uncheck the Always Use Page Title for Menu Text option to edit the text.
Click the Save button:
