Find an Image on an Evolve Site in the HCMS

While you can't search by an asset's GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) in the HCMS, you can search for its filename. If you need to find an asset in HCMS but can only see it on the front end, follow the steps below to find the image.

Instructions

1. Navigate to your HCMS site

2. Right-click on the image and save it to your computer

3. In the file manager window that opens, you will see the File name automatically populated

4. Search the file name in the HCMS to find the asset
