At this time, CivicPlus does not offer a direct portal to maintain your own DNS records. If you need any changes made to your DNS records, you will need to contact CivicPlus Support during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time) to request these changes. Once the changes are made, a CivicPlus DNS administrator will respond to confirm these changes.
