We request that you provide at least a 24-hour notice for all scheduled changes or large-scale updates so that our DNS administrators can schedule these changes to be made during our hours of operation.
General DNS propagation takes 1 to 24 hours to propagate worldwide.
We limit changes to DNS records to those who are system administrators on your website. We can also add users as consultants in our tracking system if you do not want to give them access to the administrative side of your website. To do so, please email Support to request that we add your DNS contact to our list of authorized users for you.
