You can add new pages and subpages to your site, as well as edit or delete existing pages.
Create a Page
Who can use this feature?
System Administrators | Owner | Publisher | Author
Hover over an existing Mega Menu in the global navigation and click the Add Page link

Note:
You can also select Add Page in the left-hand navigation menu.

Fill in the New Page fields

Parent Page: Select the existing page you want your new page to live under
Title: The name of the page that displays in the navigational menus
Show Title as Header: Check to display the page title as an H1 header on the page
Version Notes: Add internal-only notes specific to the selected page version.
Description: Add a summary of the page. This will display in the Pages widget if using Format 2.
Keywords: Input keywords to assist in search functionalization
Miscellaneous Tags: Tags can be added to provide specific data for this page, such as meta tags and/or OData tags. Commas are not required between tags. These tags are specific to the selected version.
Image: Choose an image to represent the page. The image will display in the Pages widget if using Format 4.
Always Use Page Title for Menu Text: If checked, text will automatically match the Page Title when submitted or saved page versions are published
Display Feature Column: Check to show the feature column on this page (not applicable for linked pages).
Section Tracking: If enabled, this page and all sub-pages will be tracked as a section within Analytics.
Linked Page: Start typing a page's title to select from a list of pages or copy-and-paste a page or website's address (starting with either "/" or "http://").
Link Target: Choose if you want the page to open in the same window or a new window
Use Linked Page’s Menu: If checked, this page will use the linked page's menu structure.
Language: Select the primary language for the page.
Start/End Date: Set the date range you would like this version of the page to display.
Select Create New Page

Click the Publish icon to publish the page; the page is automatically saved as a draft

Delete a Page
Important Notes:
To delete a page, its subpages need to be archived or deleted first.
When you delete a page, you must unpublish and remove all the versions.
Who can use this feature?

Sign in to your Evolve website and navigate to the desired page
Click the Page button and under the Manage heading, select Versions:

Click the Actions menu button (kebab icon) next to a published version:

Select the Unpublish option:

Make sure all page versions are in Draft status:

Note:
When page version is unpublished, the Draft status' purple pentagon icon appears next to the version. Versions with the Published status have a green circle icon next to them.

Click the Back to Page button (arrow icon) in the Live Edit panel:

Click Delete:

On the pop-up message that says "Deleting this page will delete all versions associated with it. Would you like to continue? This cannot be undone", click the Delete button:

Unpublish a Page
This article will show you how to unpublish a page. This will remove the page from live view, but it will still appear and will still display in menus as a page in [DRAFT] status when in Live Edit.

Navigate to the page that you want to unpublish
Select the Page tab and click the Unpublish option:
