Use the Performance Test File to Gather Information (Windows Only)

If an issue is network-related, you could use the Performance Test File to gather information.

Instructions

1. Save the Performance Test (TXT) file to your desktop

2. Before you run the program, change the .txt extension to .bat:

   1. Open PerformanceTest.txt with Notepad:

   2. Click to expand the File menu, and select Save As:

   3. Select Desktop as the destination:

   4. Change the Save as type to All Files:

   5. Change the File name to PerformanceTest.bat:

   6. Click the Save button:

3. Double-click the .bat file to execute:

   Note:

   This may take a few minutes to complete. Once completed, it will produce a results.txt file on your desktop.

4. Attach the results.txt file to your response if the results are requested
