Use the Performance Test File to Gather Information (Windows Only)

If an issue is network-related, you could use the Performance Test File to gather information.

Instructions

  1. Save the Performance Test (TXT) file to your desktop

  2. Before you run the program, change the .txt extension to .bat:

    1. Open PerformanceTest.txt with Notepad: Evolve, PerformanceTest File, Right Click Open Option.

    2. Click to expand the File menu, and select Save As: Evolve, PerformanceTest File, File Menu, Save As Option.

    3. Select Desktop as the destination: Evolve, PerformanceTest File, Windows Save As Menu, Desktop Location Option.

    4. Change the Save as type to All Files: Evolve, PerformanceTest File, Save As Menu, Save As Type, All Files Option.

    5. Change the File name to PerformanceTest.bat: Evolve, PerformanceTest File, Save As Menu, PerformanceTest dot bat.

    6. Click the Save button: Evolve, PerformanceTest File, Save As Menu, Save Button.

  3. Double-click the .bat file to execute: Evolve, Double Click PerformanceTest Dot Bat File to Run.

    Note:

    This may take a few minutes to complete. Once completed, it will produce a results.txt file on your desktop.Evolve, PerformanceTest Dot Bat File, Results.

  4. Attach the results.txt file to your response if the results are requested
