All administrative users have access to view the global Sent Messages listing screen, which contains information for all sent messages for the application. You can view a preview of the email and SMS messages sent, as well as statistics and recipient activity for a message.
Instructions
Sign in to your organization's Notifications Admin site (http://notifications.civicplus.com/[orgname]/admin)
Click the Sent Messages tab
View the Message History
Subject: View the subject of the message
Lists: The number of subscription lists the message was sent to
Date Sent: When the message was sent; you can filter the list to sort by date sent
Sender: The sender of the message
To view more information, click on the desired message
Navigate through the tabs to view details:
Statistics: See the number of emails and SMS messages sent as well as email statistics for bounced or opened emails
Email Activity: View a list of email recipients, the states of the message for the recipients, and the date
You can select an event to view the Message Log Details, which include the Sender Name, Subject, From/To emails, and if applicable, the Bounce Type and Diagnostic Code.
Email Details: View a preview of the email sent
SMS Activity: View a list of SMS recipients, the states of the message for the recipients, and the date
SMS Details: View a preview of the SMS message sent
