Create a Repeating Meeting

Meetings cannot be set to recur to repeat automatically within Web Open. This ensures that associated files are always attached to the correct meeting and date. Instead, users should create a meeting with no file attachments that can be cloned or copied, and modified as necessary.

Instructions

1. Copy a Meeting

2. Update the Title of the meeting
   

3. Update the Meeting Date
   

   • Start: The start date and time of the meeting

   • End: The end date and time of the meeting

   • All day: Display as a meeting lasting all day

4. Add Agendas, Packets, or Minutes.

5. Click Save
