Embed Video
A Free-Document is the optimal place to display videos posted on Vimeo or YouTube. This method makes the video appear to reside on the municipality’s website.
First, go to YouTube or Vimeo to locate the video and begin to play it. Once it begins to play, copy the URL at the top of the browser for use in the instructions below:
Go to the Free document webpage where you want to place the video
Edit the Free-form document
Click the Embed Video tab
Enter the URL obtained above from Vimeo or YouTube into the Video URL box
Click Save and Close
If the Free-form document does not exist, then create one and follow the steps above to embed the video.
