Send Email to Subscribers

To send an email to a mailing subscriber list when posting an Urgent Alert, News Item, Agenda, or Minutes, perform the following:

  1. Click on the E-Subscriber Notification Tab

  2. Place a check in the Send E-Subscriber notification box

  3. Click the Save and Close button to send the email

If you forget to send the email when posting the item, then edit the item and perform the steps above.
