A Free-form Document is the optimal place to display videos posted on Vimeo or YouTube. This method makes the video appear to reside on the municipality's website.
Instructions
Locate the video and play it
Copy the URL in the address bar
Go to the Free-form document webpage where you want to place the video or create a new Free-form document
Edit the Free-form document
Click the Embed Video tab
Enter the URL obtained above from Vimeo or YouTube into the Video URL box
Click Save and Close
