Upload a File to a Page

  1. Navigate to the desired Page

  2. Click Edit

  3. Select the Files tab The tab labeled Files in the left hand navigation menu

  4. Click Add File The button labeled Add File

  5. Drag and drop the image file(s) or click Select Files The button labeled Select files

  6. Locate and select the files on your computer

  7. Click Open

  8. Complete the File Fields

  9. Click Add Files The button labeled Add Files

Add a File to a Page from the Library

  1. Navigate to the desired Page

  2. Click Edit

  3. Select the Files tab The tab labeled Files in the left-hand navigation menu.

  4. Click Add File The button labeled Add Files.

  5. Click Search Library The tab labeled Search Library.

  6. Locate and select the file(s) The desired file

  7. Click Add Files The button labeled Add Files

  8. Click Save

Edit a File on a Page

  1. Navigate to the page with the file

  2. Click Edit

  3. Click the Files tab Select the Files tab.png

  4. Click the edit icon The edit icon to the far right of the file name.

  5. Edit some or all of the File fields as necessary

  6. Select the Revisions tab The tab labeled Revisions.

  7. Type any changes made to the file or file information, if desired The text entry field labeled Revision log message.

  8. Publish the File, or leave it unpublished to leave it in a draft state

  9. Click Save The button labeled Save

Remove a File from a Page

  1. Navigate to the desired page

  2. Click Edit

  3. Select the Files tab The tab labeled Files in the left-hand navigation menu

  4. Click the Remove icon The trash can icon to the right of the file name

  5. Click Save

File Fields

The required file fields

  • Name: Enter the name of the file

  • Microsite: Select the appropriate microsite

  • File: The file being added

  • Remove: Remove the file shown

  • Choose File: Select the file to upload

    Note:

    • The Choose File button only appears if the previous file was removed

  • Exclude From Document Library: Check this box to exclude this file from the public Document Library

  • Standard Category: Select the category that the file is most closely related to

  • Custom Category: Type a name for a custom category if no Standard Categories fit the file
