Uploads Routed Through Dedicated Domain

Uploads are now routed through a dedicated {{variable.NextRequest}} domain (s3.nextrequest.com), allowing organizations to whitelist a single endpoint for document uploads and improve security by preventing direct uploads to {{glossary.AWS}} buckets.

Automatic SSO Email Updates

User email addresses are automatically updated in {{variable.NextRequest}} when they are updated in {{variable.Single Sign-On}}, reducing manual intervention and ensuring user information stays current.

EML Extractions

Bulk {{glossary.EML}} extractions now use a batch method, enabling users to process large quantities of EML files efficiently without hitting rate limits.

NR-5033: The "Staff Hours" table is now hidden on invoice {{glossary.PDF}} documents when no staff hours are present, eliminating confusion for customers who do not track staff time.
NR-5008: The "Print Review Copy" button in RapidReview now functions correctly when redactions are present, ensuring users can generate review copies without errors caused by content security policy changes.
NR-5000: The "Select All" action in RapidReview no longer includes link-based documents, preventing errors and ensuring accurate document counts and processing during bulk actions.
